Q: Is MVP Performance Training the right fit for someone who has never lifted weights before, or has had prior injuries, or is unsure of what they are doing in the gym?

YES! MVP Performance Training is a gym in which you meet with Sean and share your prior experiences with weight training and any injuries or discomfort that you may have. Whether you are an experienced lifter or brand new to the world of strength training, Sean will start you off where you are at so you can safely and correctly learn the proper mechanics so you can reach your fitness goals.

Q: What type of strength training would I do while at MVP?

MVP is a gym that focuses on functional and athletic movements with athletes and adults while emphasizing developing strength, power, and explosiveness. Our workouts are not designed for body building or power lifting. It is a gym in which once you have developed your balance, stability, and mobility, and technique you will perform a variety of free weight exercises that are deemed low risk for injuries but high rewards for muscle development.

Q: Can I do my own workouts at MVP?

It is not. Sean will provide workouts daily based on individual needs and goals. Once a member, you will complete a workout that is designed and provided to you that compliments your experience, skill-level, and fitness heath, and in which you receive semi-private training from Sean throughout the workout.

Q: Can I just drop in at any time to complete a workout?

Unfortunately, we are not set up for a drop-in style environment. Each session has various workouts that each individual with follow.
