The majority of athletes at our gym are comprised of adults that just want to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Our adult group functional training program is designed to help you move better and feel healthier in your day-to-day lives. Each program is modified for your training level. Our program and our fellow members will help support you.
Each total body workout is designed to increase skeletal muscle mass and improve overall mobility and flexibility. Led from start to finish by Sean, he will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the hour. The session begins with a mobility and stability component with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation. A jump/power session follows in which individuals do some work with resistance bands, kettlebells and medicine balls, before getting into the bulk of the strength training exercises.
At MVP Performance Training, Sean will design and coach well-rounded programs to ensure health and longevity for our adult clients. Our programs are led from start to finish by Sean who will show and tell you how to correctly execute each of the exercises in your workout.

Our online program consists of a workout-of-the-day that includes program design and video assistance to help illustrate how each exercise is to be performed. Sean is available to assist when needed or to make modifications or progressions to the workouts.
